it cannot be completed, there is nowhere to turn in. i even checked serenity.

That mission isn't supposed to be in game anymore (it's been replaced by a new mission), but the start was accidentally never removed and the new missions start was accidentally never added.

I just took care of this but I'll need to get it live. Thanks for pointing this out!
