I remember spending about 10 minutes trying to find my way back into Preload after leaving for Sol.

I remember getting pwnt by an F2P enforcer about 2 minutes after I realized I couldn't go back, and decided to explore.

I remember an uber P2P convincing me to shoot him, then pwning me.

I remember finding out where that P2P's galaxy was, then killing his trade slaves whenever they left the gal to trade (he just kept re-activating them. Never used a black box, never noticed it was me. Got what was, to me back then, a ton of money).

I remember finding some goldenboys in a secluded galaxy that must have been trading for weeks, got hundreds of mil clearing the gal.

I remember being in a free-for-all battle with about 10 other F2Ps, when Shaw appeared. About 3 people stopped fighting to shoot him, and he didn't even notice. That fwing slaughtered everyone, lol.

I remember the biggest PvB siege I've ever seen, when at least 25-30 F2P got together and took down Arc Angel's argonaut bases. He quit soon after that, he put such a massive effort into getting the characters to build them and equip the gear.

I remember the night Tobal was permabanned, all chat went insane and people threw a party in Sol.

I remember my first team, Black Market Commerce. Noradeen created it, I was counciller. We got several other F2Ps together and filled a galaxy with adonis bases. Thought we were invincible, until an OS tort killed everything one night.

I remember the first time I logged on Test server, I saw some noob named Julian flying around in an impossible-to-obtain ship. I asked him how he got it, he said he hacked SS. I quickly took screenies and posted them on forums so admins could ban him.

That made me chuckle.

I remember building like THREE t3 bases and using them to kill a cadet . I was like my babies are so powerfull, but then an enforcer came and owned them .
shortly afterward i built moar t3 bases. something attacked that too, but some uber (at least to me) p2p tried killing the ai and thought he killed my base on accident with a battle scoop (still not entirely sure what happened). Then he was sorry so he gave me like 10MILLION!!!! My friend was like, dont spend it all and told me i should get a hotrod, and i told him How could i spend all this money in one go? Bought a wingship 2 and it fucking sucked, was pretty pissed.

I remember me and a friend getting all the skills for an adonis base on our f2ps. Then next uni they introduced level limits for bases, lvl21 for adonis . We were like FUCK, and this was the reason I subbed. after I subbed I promptly leveled to 21 and had my adonis base .

I remember some dumb teamie aggroing my t12 base in FM... I was so happy that it was above adonis. Then it shot EF bases and got owned by EF . made me cry >.< , was also back when loosing bases actually meant loosing them, not this weird destroyed stuff. I tried saving some stuff by getting my massif or whatever it was, but those meanies just tractored me and used weapons.

And of course owning all the ai around the w2/w3 border with my pax celest and its titans.

Getting a KMW ruin and not knowing what it was =/.

umm. in oly atm so low on typing time, buuuuut.
having a full galaxy of 25 T14 bases because back then you could equip T14 gear with an alt that has T14 in the skill, i had like 4 accounts dedicated to it.
a nice big lvl21 T9 base in free market called "go on, shoot me, i dare you", so i shot it and got chainpodded for the better part of 3 hours trying to escape.
spending like a week following around a p2p's trade slaves and protecting them from ai because he offered me 10m, which i never got.
camping termite mounds in sporeside for cash and pulling like 1b a day....guess camping stuck with me

lvled up to 1k ish and not geting even 1 in AT then making a swarm of slaves(when that was still posible ) and forgeting to give em Stasis gens^^

at level 750 killed ParkWayDrive or what his name was whit T3-4 drones in less then 10 sek when he tryed to ambush me ( when RadX and Radcontrol affected drones) and i maxed RadX and Rad control and got a swarm of mini kaspers and mobile PD drones, he died fast


Alsoe using a Diablo and Dooms inferno (when they still hade a freaking OP aura) slave to kill Nubulus or what his name was

Meeting Termite when he was level 300 , we both were screaming at a level 100 attempting to build a base

Lajeah was chain podding me a few jumps outside sol. I'd already lost all my gear, and this must have been time 20 or so. This is before the whole spirit is faster than tractors thing. I asked for help on all chat. Someone told Lajeah to stop griefing, and he asked voomy how many times he could kill me before it was considered griefing. Voomy tells him on all chat to keep killing me, he'd let him know when it became griefing. Finally some DM dude escorted me to sol. DM dude, who were you? I would like to thank you. And Voomy....I still don't get it....why were you so mean....why are you always so mean?

Big thanks to Mez for rescuing my husband and I from the space jellies in mutara nebula and outfitting us with our first hotrods complete with barbe blue augs, fire cannons, and other cool things.

Oh and a funny one - some dude in a hotrod with a 4 leaf clover flag followed me around saying he was going to cap me. I actually thought he could at the time too.

i thought that AIs were players at some point, when a volcom killed me in period area i kept asking him in galaxy chat: "Why did you kill me?"

i always was afraid of All/Trade chat.. i thought it was just something not anyone should talk in because i didn't know what Trade means anyway..
first time i posted in trade Someone PM'd me and i was like Whaaat How did he create a chat room..

i remember getting shit-loads of xp by going in a DG "which i didn't know what it does back then",, and sitting on warp with Eth laser and shooting them maggots.

i thought the best ship in game was the pax astro because i saw the highest leveled player at that moment which was a dude from Pants in an astro.

my first rage-quit was when i thought i could take a termite mound with my slave swarm, me and my slaves died and i was so scared because i saw lots of debris's that fell of my ship, and all my slaves exploded because they had no stasis gen.

i always wondered whats that Ying-Yang thingy that goes from a ship to another...

I remember seeing a guy with an izer in Nexus and I thought dam that is soooo uber....

I remember crying for like 30 mins and quitting SS because I lost a Urqa'Ka without GG.

I remember being totally scared about Space Jellies when I was lvl 20 thinking they will eat me.

I remember the first base I made, I equipped it with an arcadian pulse gun and I was like OMG PROUD when I killed a flyswatter egg, but then a flylet came and kicked its ass.

When I was just no idea what to do and I was chillin i nexus thinking that was the entire scope of the game until I was invited to MAD and some dude gave me like 700k.. I went fucking nuts thinking I was rich. Bought myself a nice little wingship n thought I was just the coolest thing around. Then paid 500k to someone to guide me to Sol in all chat..

Getting into an argueement with a mod on trade chat because I thought he was a dick when he asked me not to post in there looking for people. Eventually muted me. I was pissed n rage quitted.

Always fighting in the arena with my wingship 3+. Couldn't really dent people though.

Equipping my bases with store bought shield trans.

Spending hours in arena collecting and selling the green boxes to the AI store for monies.

Getting into an arguement in all chat with a mod about not being able to level any higher than 20 without paying. Also muted.

And another thing:
Getting my first adonis base with Minor Targeting, Minor Targeting, Minor Firing, Basic Shield and thinking it was awesome until JeffGordon accidentally oneshotted it, because I didn't know there was adonis gear.

Ragequitting because my first Adonis base died.

Getting my second adonis base and thinking I was Jesus Christ when I gave it 2 Firing, 1 Rang, 1 Elec, and an Adonis pulse gun. Also, it got a colony that got to a whopping 10k pop!

Ragequitting when said base died when I left Blazing Angels for Kushan.
