Tickets are resolved if an admin sets them as such or a player reports them as closed. Neither happened here, which is why it said 'Waiting reply from staff'.

Since accessing a ticket does not require you to log on, anyone with the Support ID can post replies. This however, does not enable anyone to fake Voomy's response to FD's first post, nor can they fake the date of the post. So this proof is still real.
