How about changing blow augs and Ship re-item to a ingame item obtained same way this would alow those who dont fell like spending real money on it to buy it from those who does and therefor more would be purchaged.

Make it item+ tradable +? =Profit

Ain't it done manually by admins? That might mean that it's simply not possible/too complicated.

Currently it's done manually the way it is due to infrastructure limitations which we're working on.

I'm not sure if we'll ever allow the in-game trading of those items. Very unlikely to be in the near future.
