As we have discuss in some previous post before :
We want something be more fair , I would say this:

Add Drone stasis
Well , all other class now don't lose a thing when they die, the only thing that lost would be some credits for repair. But the thing is when DM or any other Droners died, they lose a Drone that's not with "some" credit that can be replaced.(A Titan is already 20mil to replace , how about BFD and such? )Well , other class just have to pay for repair cost just like 1-10k for each equipment each death which an Engineer also have to pay, BUT WE ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR DRONES THAT COST A LOT MORE , PRICE FROM MILS TO BILS. So how can you say the current system is fair to DM class? Well, I don't mind we do have to pay more for repairing Drones , but not the bils that we have to pay right now while all other classes are paying so little.

After scoop from stasis, your drone won't be able to place again until repaired, this should be fine? I don't think this you can call a beef to DM , it's just a re-balance to cost!
