Neurotweaks that increase item charge rate a certain % for x amount of time. Obviously subject to the balance sheets.

Sadly, it's hard for the programmers to add any new kind of tweak effect (this applies to weapon side effects, tractor side effects, auras, and of course, neurotweaks). Because of how they're saved, or something on them lines.

Could it not be an interesting new skill? However, I can forsee it being broken, imagine the cool-down on a PWI ^.^.

I've thought about this, but I think we're going to avoid being able to modify charging times. Charging times are used basically as a cool down, and if you could manipulate them, it might get very OP in certain situations.
