Outside opinion is the point

theres very little point, best way to balance stuff is chuck it to the masses, the market soon works this stuff out. e.g holy laser was crazy when it first come out, even if they had emailed a panel of people they wouldnt of known, its only after it got in colo and people started playing with it did the cries (from helro) begin...soon got nerfed and rightly so
