Re: Full screen with taskbar a quick google search revealed a tool that let you do something very similar on any windowed application http://code.google.com/p/winsupermaximize/.
Although this was closer to real fullscreen and not what you requested for, it is also open source and the sources are public domain, so i edited it a lil (honestly, the sources are so simple that it would probably been just about as long to write it myself but heh XD). http://www.starsonata.com/jey/winsuperm ... askbar.zip Unlike the one on the code.google.com website, this one work with multimonitor and wont hide your taskbar. sources are included.
