It doesn't return much for newer players either.

There should be more tier 1 exhaustive builds in game. They force players to develop operative strategies that make the building aspect of the game interesting.

Please do not change the CALR, it is fine as it is.

Yeah it's fine on its own, the problem is that it's all alone amongst a sea of other builds. Give us more reasons to get epic networks set up.

I think having some constructions in the game that mandate a team effort to complete is a good thing and we should have more of them, not make less.
