When attempting to log in to the account settings page off the http://www.starsonata.com site, I can't get past the captcha challenge. I have tried visual and audio many, many times but every single time I fail. I know my password is correct because I can log into the forms and the game just fine. What gives? I know others who are having the same problem and this is preventing them from paying their subscription fees, so please fix this as soon as possible!

Last time this happened, you could fix the problem by opening up the source code of the page and adding the captcha website to your browser's list of exceptions.
