No, a smart dev knows not to do this. Since if the commod was neurobound, how do you get it on the base in the first place?


Jokes and idiocies aside, it does quite clearly say on the blueprints that the item produced is neurobound. It is also very common knowledge that Drone Controllers are neurobound and most neurobound gear is from missions. I don't personally see any real need for a bigger notice, it's much better than it used to be (none at all).
