Tractors sometimes don't seem to apply impulse to Poseidon smoothly; instead he receives discrete velocity changes very suddenly and unexpectedly. If I recall correctly, usually this happens while he's sort of floating off and neither thrusting nor turning. In the past, I've had him tractored for 30s+ while he drifts out 2k, then suddenly changes direction and comes back at double max speed.

Sounds like lag.

Unusual lag then since we were all able to fire and otherwise interact with the game during these episodes.

Just did pos, and had this happening again. had two good tractorbeams locked on him and he just keep plowing his way outbound unaffected.

Something is seriously wrong here. All I can say is devs need to spawn themselves a few Poseidons and play around with tractoring him.
