Players can't post bugs, they can only view current bugs to see if they've already been reported. Please continue to send your bugs to the support system and we will post them to the DB.

Good question. If it's a repeatable server crash bug or an serious exploit bug, submit a support ticket here. Or people can private message me herewith those reports as well. As always, valid serious exploits or repeatable server crash bugs reports are still subject to an in game reward.


For all other bugs, we want the new system to work as follows:

All players should report any standard bugs here in the SS Bugs forum. If we recognize it as a bug, one of developers or QA personnel will add it to the database. If a player registers with the our bug database (it requires a new login and password), he or she can add a comment or screen shot attachments to the currently listed bugs in our database to further clarify what is the issue is or how to repeat the steps to produce the issue.

We still want people to post their newly discovered issues here because sometimes people think things are bugs that aren't or can't describe the bug in enough detail to make an official bug report useful.

first one is a visual bug, second one is a mishandling of special characters, that most probably can be abused...

I updated your (and Simon's) Flyspray account to be able to add comments and screen shots to existing bugs. I'm doing that for everyone but since I have to do it manually, it might take a 12-24 hours to update everyone's new accounts.

OK, Jeff and I have gone through all the reported but in the bug database today. We have fixed some already and made sure all the bugs are assigned to a dev to be fixed when or if they can.

I encourage players to join the database to VOTE on and offer comments and clarifications to the reported bugs. Remember to use a user name with NO SPACES if you do. Otherwise it won't work correctly. Also, if a bug exists is unreported, please post it in the Bugs forum and PM me with the link to it.

This is the beginning of a concerted effort to put a dent in the many unfixed bugs in SS.
