i use prepaid visa's bought from walmart. i dont know if its the same thing but they use the name "gift card" but function just like a debit/credit card and accepted anywhere they take visa.

If you are going to re up your sub with a prepaid you may find that getting the name of the card is rather hard. To keep you from locking up the system by trying various different combos of the name on the card you need to register the card online. With Visa prepaid cards at least there is a web address on the back of the cards (www.gift2go.net in my case).

You can then register the card to both a name and address so that the card is more secure for online purchasing and will allow it to charge easier and to a larger variety of sites.

So if you are having difficulty getting SS or any other site to accept a prepaid card make sure you try registering it online.

Oh and thanks to admins for making a $25 dollar option simplifies payment with the prepaid cards.

Our pricepoints were made with prepaid cards in mind :) Thats why we made it 25 instead of 27 like originally planned.
