If you make an epic Assault Behemoth texture, all will be forgiven. :P

That reminds me; is the circular structure on the back of the C1 Assault Behemoth supposed to be the engine? I always thought it looked odd.

the green support structure shouldnt be the entire bottom. It should follow the outline of the levi, having the hauling space bubble up out of it to make it a behe.

You mean to puff out the side of the tan area so that it overlaps the base in a top-down view? As it is, I was kinda thinking that the slope around cargo area was aesthetically pleasing, especially as it is another surface to catch light.

Hm. I'll have to figure a way to include a similar structure on the Ass.Behemoth* I like for my models to have some sort of logic to their designs, so maybe a weapons pod on top of the spoiler-thingy....

Post Re: Behemoth
Model is looking great. Go ahead and texture it. =) Hopefully you will modify it for a new Levi, too?

(Also please make the textures power of 2, and optimize their file size as much as possible. If you could use the same texture for the Behemouth as the Leviathan, that would be extra win.)

"Rubbery, stretchy thingies" ... Wha? :|

And as to the strange-looking bottom that looks more like a Levi's profile:

I suppose it makes sense that the behemoth is so flipping fat that it has not one, but two beer bellies hanging out each side of its pants.

Ah. Actually, the bottom of this model is solid and does not look like any sort of frame or rubbery web. The only part that looks like some sort of frame is the dorsal structure. The ventral surface does has a bit of a keel to it to balance the top structure though.

i figure a behe looks like a football with an uninflated ballon stretched from end to end across the bottom. Kinda.

This is what the ventral surface currently looks like:
