Says "Vulnerability to all -17.5%". Thats means +17.5% resists. Isn't the thing supposed to hurt your combat stats when you use it? |

But it ADDS resists to the owner upon use. I'm not talking anything other than that one specific part. |

it adds resistance to damage, so? i mean it wont be a game changer if it doesnt add any resistance bonuses versus adding -resistance. I say who cares, leave it the way it is. It is supposed to be a perk, why nerf something that doesn't need nerfing. |

Less dmg more resists = less damage on your ship when shooting lincin. Sure your dps is shit but you can survive because you get less damage. Although in the end its pretty useless dps. |
