I have mission completion icons and my bases floaties flash red on pretty much every AI base. Even at bases where there are no missions whatsoever, let alone ones I have open. This is annoying. Please fix. -ERMAN |

Isn't that because you have a mission to collect oats or rats and the bases have those commodities for sale? |
