I noticed a couple of little bugs when i try to change the Graphics quality settings.
First of all i am using a Optiplex 755 running on windows vista buisness.
The first thing i noticed is that when i go to select the graphics quality i get only 3 options and only two are visible. I can see the low and medium options in the drop down menu but the high setting is hidden and i dont even get the option to set it to very high.
Second thing i noticed is no matter what i set the graphics quality to it is always Blocky and ugly as if i am running it on windows XP.

response and suggestions plz?
