Post subject:  FPS abnormalities-Probably related to the in-game FPS limite

Hello. I have what you could call an ultra PC I guess so this is not a hardware issues. On to the main point.

My logical FPS or whatever its called always hovers around 800-1000. When I set the FPS limit to 100, it hovers around 50. When I set it to 150, it hovers around 75. When I set it to 10000, it hovers around 100.

Here is where it gets really weird. If I sit in an open area out in space for 10 minutes, 5 of those minutes my FPS will be ~90 and another 5 of those minutes my FPS will be 150-300. This is with the limiter set to 10000. There is something extremely unusual going on in the code here.

It should be noted that changing my cap to 10000 lets the logic FPS go naturally, up to ~900. Here is one with the cap set to 10000 and the FPS at 97

Sidenote for a totally different issue:

It seems like the AI base commodity algorithm is very different. I can only buy a commod one time from a base (6k hull ship) before the base doesn't want to sell anymore. I used to use the same slave for about 3 hours on the same route, about 2 months ago when I last played.
