I did read it.. It says if your rof is faster that 10 shots per second, then multiple projectiles will be created to compensate.

Ergo, no rof cap...

On the Missile BP change...I have been preparing everything for all these missile facts and had obtained a sergeant's gyrophare after much annoyance (someone eventually unequipped it from their sergeant enforcer for me) and now you change it! omg

No, it says if your rate of fire is faster than the server frame rate, not 10/s.

Server could hit a lag spike during a save, and run at say 7.5 frames/s instead of 10, in that case, you'd get multiple projectiles created because your rate of fire would be over 7.5/s. You are still limited to the hard coded RoF cap of 10/s, that's been in for years.

The only time the server will fire more shot per frame is if your rof (which is limited to 10shots per sec), is higher than the server framerate (on live it average 20fps, but on test its at about 4fps).

mission bug that appeared with the patch is now fixed live.

ai that normally have high rof ending up with slow rof is fixed as well but require a server restart which is set to happen in a few hours.
