Why? thats fucking retarded. Most useful tweaks are buildable already, you would really have that, rather than something like +speed or +hull?

I think that other people have already suggested much better suggestions for the seer class, and other classes as well. The player base really set Jeff in the right direction if he is indeed going to be working on this.

Maybe add 4,5,6th skill to ea focuz insted and making it basicly the abilety to get 1-10 in one of the other focuz or class skill?

Ideas:

oElectrical Engineering- Done, Energy Transfer tractors
oNuclear Engineering- Same as above

oBiological Engineering- Shield Trans abilities of sorts, Trans tractors

oCivil, Architechtural, Industrial- Covered by bases

Mechanical- Uncovered (and what I am 8) )

oEnvironmental- Covered by Colonial Administrator

oAerospace- Everyone has this already, :D

Computer, or Software Engineering- Uncovered

oMineral/Mining Engineering- Covered by mining slaves

oTransportation Engineering- Trade Slaves, MFM covered

Mechanical Engineer Ideas:
Jury Rigging (as mentioned before by someone else)

Temporary freighter-locked auras that affect:
Fire Rate
Damage
-Regen
-Shields

etc.

Computer or Software: no idea.

OTHER IDEAS:

Im totally against adding new sub-skills. There is no reason for it. Classes are balanced. What i suggest you add new line of skills or revive current ones (Subtlety, Despicable etc).

Or lets say Resistance skills, if you have mining resist skill, when you get hit by AI who uses mining wep, your energy regen increases by 1-10% maybe (depends what lvl you have) in period of 5-10 secs.

New skill lets say:

Increases life span of fuel or decreases usage of fuel for energies.

So honestly i dont think we need this atm (new sub-skills).

Jeff_l, pls fix current things in game and then add new things.

For sniper i would also like more hull, im tired of having to bring a scooping slave along for everything. Although im in a LF so this might not be a problem for the normal sniper :P

If snipers were to get ANYTHING as a new subskill, I would suggest they take AWAY sniper analysis and add it in as a new subskill.

This is coming from someone with a lvl 650 sniper, this izer sniper can solo content that my 1.3k engi can also do, but risks losing drones.

Yeah, i had that idea too. Fourth subskill=sniper analysis. Either that or have it be something comparatively useless.

I think software is covered by the seer Nanite lasers.
