so you reduced the mercury required to make the hermes mine but yet no tweaking to hermes so i can even build the ship to use these mines? -.-

That was my fault, I forgot to add my patch notes, was running late with stuff at the last minute.

Apologies:

  • Missiles ~ see here. 12 new types, 36 kinds, 36 factories, 36 BPs.
  • Launchers buffed across the board; most gain slots
  • Hermes is fixed, or at least should be ~ it's been run through some DPS tests, should be doable by non-snipers now. Script changed slightly, behaviour + spawned adds changed slightly, equipment changed slightly.
  • Strontium-90 ~ 60 repeatable grindastic missions, 36 non-repeatable: reward missions / gear etc to follow
  • Fixed the Brigand's Stronghold missions - more will be added when spawners are reloaded
  • 8 new mini-bosses, roamers.
  • Minor tweaks / fixes


Note: Some missions won't function at the moment, due to requiring spawner names; we'll fix this if/when we can, although it might require a new uni. If you start a grind mission, and your target doesn't trigger, it's not a bug, it's a feature. Abandon, start another.

1 Major problem though, base shops are usually at max PC, or overpriced.

I think if /mc also included the number of jumps to each base it selects, would be pretty handy as well 8)

/mc is a price check, it's not supposed to tell you what bases have what items.

mc is indeed not only a price check, its a market check ! :P. as for the jmp distance etc, it will be there once we take the time to do a real gui for the price check. Thats only the first iteration.

I accidentally left all the bar skills in the same price pool (was testing it like that earlier) so that if you buy one, all the others get more expensive. I've temporarily removed them from Free Market until we can get a server restart to fix the costs.
