As I've mentioned before, different style of AI are harder or easier to fight for different classes. Its nonsense to make just one new AI and expect it to fill the multiple gaps, unless its actually easy to kill for every class, which is also not optimal!

Also, the beefs to MF reavers may create gaps where there were none before, exacerbating the aforementioned deficiency.

Look how hard it is for a level 30 player to solo a Space Blue Interceptor. It's easy, and it takes, maybe, 30 seconds.

Now, Imagine Level 3,000 AIs that are as common as SBIs, and a level 3,000 player can kill them just as quickly and easily as a level 30 player can kill SBIs. All that would accomplish is that we would quickly have a bunch more level 3500 players who want some level 3500 stuff to level on, and so on and so on.

There actually isn't anything wrong with that. To keep the game as addictive as possible, that's how it should be. Unfortunately, we don't have a dev team that can keep up with that kind of pace. That's why AI at higher levels will either be very rare, or take forever to kill, or give really low xp for how hard it actually is to kill them. Anybody here remember that a big portion of the level 3k players we actually have only got to 3k by camping the guards in KKK? Those guards were actually the proper level for their difficulty, but as soon as it became widely known that they gave an opportunity for levelling, their level was nerfed immediately. We have to have a practical limit to the level that players can attain since it is impossible, at the moment, to develop enough content to cover the T25 or so core skills that our highest level players should be using by now.

I've always thought there should be XP rewards for trading, terraforming missions, extracting mission items from planets, stuff like that.

Yes, because Tech 25 Forgones and Icepicks are so horribly over powered..

Adding T21 Ai seems a bit pointless to be honest. I would say yes to maybe some T30's and 35's but 21 seems too much of a backtrack.

I believe the basic concept was simply add stronger AI. The tech could be over 9000 as long as it is a doable challenge and worth the effort.

So I just tried a level of the new MF Reavers. Thanks smw for making this change. I'm no longer sitting there grinding but I have to think when I enter a dg and it makes leveling a bit more enjoyable. The Reavers shields are exactly the same and they die just as fast. My entry into the dg was a bit funky as I had to tank a bunch more damage to start than I'm used to, but I was still able to clear a level without vollies, without a shield monkey, and without dying. Thank you for making content interesting.

MF Reavers were fine as is. How the frick are we supposed to level new alts, or for that matter, how is a NEWER player with no previous experience supposed to kill them even with a group of friends? Thank you admins for screwing up another part of the game. I don't know HOW MANY TIMES we have to say this too you, but I'll say it again... WE DON'T WAND HARDER, OLD CONTENT, WE WANT NEWER CONTENT! NEW NOT HARD, NEW NOT HARD, NEW NOT HARD. FRICK.

And really, how hard is it to add in a couple of new ais? Really? You don't need to make specific gear straight away just shove 'em in out DG's ffs. Now, now you might say that lower levels aren't supposed to be doing this kind of content, and that, I concede. However that doesn't mean you should punish the older, higher level players who still want to level - you've now made one of the top 3 annoying things ingame EVEN MORE ANNOYING! Kudos!

Reavers were fine, if anything, maybe a bank boost, but nothing more, maybe 10-15k extra, knowing you guys you'll probs have them at 500k bank! Bloody hell, revert this change it's just simply a waste of coding and makes the game even more unattractive. I know you want to be retards and stunt the growth of newer players, making them stay at the lower levels, for longer, using poorer gear but increaseing SP requiresments and decreasing the availiablity of them. Then also not giving us any more low level and mid-level content, I understand, I know that you've been practicing your stupidity in the mirror every day showing of for us, I truely do, but this is a new low. Just un-do it and give them a bank boost.
