Damage bonusses seem to reduce damage done, it took me about 60 hits to kill a space rat as a seer, I've unspecced for now and am trying to set it so I can lash out with another.

turns out vista puts it straight into the download folder, and from there I put it on my desktop

but I re-read your 1st post and I put the link right into the SS folder under program files and it works fine now

Something is weird with the damage. We were just letting Guardian of the Lyceum shoot us and were barely taking damage from his laser in my Reaver and Death Comes with Kill's Izer, as well as my Reaver dealing little damage to Retyu's Izer with the Reaver Laser.

Was there a mistake with the damage stats or are resists messed up, maybe?

When i went to get the honarary mark from Acropolis it didnt turn up on my inven and when i tried finishing it at Lycuem the mission disappeared pls help me i rlly want to test out the new skills ><

Colonial administrator as a skill gives 0,25% to all stats ona ship. With the new skills this should probably be removed.

Damage still seems broken. As a Speed demon it took me 8 minutes to kill a nephil in my DS.

I did recon focus misions 1st time, worked fine

then i got SD 20 and recon 23 and wanted to reset my NT, so I did and when i tried doind missions 2nd time I COULD NO FINISH THEM. I TRIED EVERYTHING!!! (rly, I did)

so eventually michael chad's alt got me another singet :? (cool dude)

now I have come to this

SD seems like teh shit, I maxed out everythign and I was pwnnin

I didnt get to test on AI bcoz ther was no prom and the fire otg was nerfed to hell -.-"

btw, SD needs more docking speed, with all that agility and speed, its ahrd to dock somtimes

I think making fire tech 19 AND increasing its size was too much... What are people supposed to use to power their guns. Light fighters pretty much get nerfed to hell with that.... No space after fire of the gods... and what else are like sds suppsoed to use?

I just heard OI was nerfed as well? Whats up with this... I suggest changing the energies back. Let the skills settle out on their own, and then if the energies need changing later, do it then.

Oh and also... Neutrino Schism was increased to size 36? Come on... Please change all energies back so people can test the SKILLS.....

While I am perfectly fine with nerfing FotG in some way, I personally think it could had gone better. In the current format, it only really hurts those using smaller Light Fighters in the new class system who need alot of energy for their high ROF weapons -- Speed Demons.

I personally would suggest changing the main stats to something along the lines of: tech 19, size 84, 400 energy regeneration, 3000 energy bank, 1200 visibility, same weight.

A quick question: Does the balancing formulae include the additional space required by the fuel for such energies as consideration for appropriate statistics?




And the damage or resists were still messed up last I logged onto Test2, which I am currently locked out of due to getting an OOM error upon attempting to access my storage Gelato to get out an Excommunicator.

lets say my DS has 420 spc

pot - 100
fire otg 126 + 30 prom = 156!!!!!!
primal panther charger
1 wep, averaging size 100
4 augs about size 50?
radar 12
engine 20

already were over my max hull with only the essentials

now I have to use a PoT, or else I wont stand a chance will my range nerf, ill be taking pretty much every shot thats fired from the enemy

now the Aku qa might be good, saves spc, but now I wont be able to power shit for more than 2s

I am ok with nerfing fire of the gods.. Maybe even to what it is now but seriously. Let us test the new skills as it is now. Fix everythign else later. This is the big issue, and one thing at a time works best, not everything at once.
