Well the change to Seer should coutn as new content, its not testing different setups, its to test a beef that was needed, although on paper it seems like a nerf. That is new content, and the changes from test server to live server at this uni reset were completely different, and before that, test server was there to test content. I'm trying to test the new CONTENT, not a new setup, but whats the point.
