What I saw, was that any website can be accused of "copyright infringement", and whether or not it actually is doing that, will be attempted to be shut down by the USA. And in the end, since the power of being shut down lies in the hands of the USA, things that are potentially anti-US can be left shut down for good.

I also note that it said Military Material. All US Defense Contractors sell Military Equipment to our allies, like the British and the Israelites. While I'm sure either is perfectly capable of producing defense equipment, it could be the first step to having Israel slip into being overwhelmed by its Arab neighbors.

That would not be a good thing. Most if not all our allies would probably hate our guts if that happens. Which is a good reason to crush the "Rebels" and "Terrorists" that the British, French, Russians, Chinese, and Indian are with our massive military might. And nuclear weapon systems.
