People on these forums don't usually react the same way, though. i like to think of it like that video where the dad shoots the laptop its overkill, but people tend to poke shit at people they see as deserving of it, "more advantaged" than them, which is what makes it so fucking disgusting to see people put shit on this kid. when we judge others, it affects our subconcious, because the subconcious is pretty OCD, it strives for consistency so when you negatively judge someone for no reason, those judgements leak over into everything, your own self image in particular. that is how self hate begins, and it is one of the main reasons why trolling causes long term changes, get someone to hate you for being logically inconsistent, or bigoted, or completely unreasonable, and it causes them to hate themselves whenever they exhibit those flaws themselves. |
