First base you dock in on a new uni (for each different character), allowing a way to move a single character's full access to a new base in your team's owned gals or neutral gals. So you can't instantly move your entire storage to a new base, either have it as a ship you have to physically pilot to the new location, or a /command with a cool down timer.

As for /search all, just make a new inventory window with everything in it. All you need is a small graphic change to make it stand out.
