i dont think this is right. at least it hasnt always been this way. this would be a recent addition to the game.

For when the director wants to step down, but doesn't want to go through the hassle of base aggro when leaving team. Double confirmation box. And then a councilor is automatically promoted by server.

Some developers was going to fix it, I have no idea if that was done. It still remains that I don't understand what Churchill is asking!

Say I am Director of team ABC&123. I want to pass my director rank to Thermal, one of my councilors. The only way for me to do this is to leave team. I want a way to change directorship without the director leaving team.
