Hello can anyone tell me how to finish the pax missions? Im level 100 and i have done most of them but there is no more, Is it level locked? Or do you have to have W3 for the rest of the missions to show up. I need to do it till the end so i can get the Pax Celestica |

I cannot answer with C2 but in the past on C1 I did get a mission in W3 and did not have the skill yet. So, level locked may make sense. |
