Post subject:  Lvl 350 Sniper (On a Budget)
This is a very nice setup, used to solo lvl, no shm required

Ship: Snowflake

Weapons: Cata* Mini (or regular if your broke) 300m
Also, Excom, MTD or RoP or Sniper's Fire, your pick

Sheild: Basilsheath* Amplified, Free, Cap basils

Energy: Yallow 100m

Items:
FIRE EXTINGUISHER!!!!!!!!!!! w/o this you are fail,

Luxurious Ono Energy Capacitor IV or Regular (Beacuse you cant support excom, rop or MTD, so u gotta haul energy)

Cowboy Charger (Basil sheath has sucky regen)

Panels (The best for the tech you have)

Badass Battle Scoop (Moar damage)

Cloak:
Essence

Overloader:

Overloader Rapids, pack around 10, this gives 40% rof,

also

Overloader King (For Big green bosses) this 1 gives 20% damage and 20% range so snipe!!!!

Augs:
3 Sniper Apt (I know about athena, zeus and God Augs, this is a budget setup) 100m per

Technique:
Without a radar equipped you will hit 0vis, but will still get spotted, what you need to do is ride the kick of your Cata to fly to safety! you will get around 1.4k range with cata, it will take about 5-6shots to kill a juju or rosie, you will find lots of these dgs in df 150-160, remember your a sniper now, you can solo anything xD

Wow to use your charger!

Remember, the charger rapes your elec, and its not advised to try shoot with it equiped, cata can support it, NOT ROP OR MTD OR EXCOM, just hotkey it, and use when needed,

Total cost: Around 500m Tops

Extra:

Slaves!!!!!

Ship: 2 zebu master + or regular
Also: Underscout (nihilite)

Weapons:
Constable Cata or Impulse (Depends on budget)

Sheild: Basil Sheath

Energy: Yallow

Items:

Pretty Fierce Combat Control Bot

Ono energy cap (whatever you can fit)

Overloaders:

Rapids or Smooth

1 needs more maintenance (replacing)
1 wont really go bad (your pick)

Augs: 2 Sniper Apt, 1 Good Fading aug (so its ninja)

Underscout

Weapon: Spotty beam

Sheild: Basil sheath

Energy: Yallow

Cloak: Overcoat (its all you can fit)

1 artemis, 2 basic stealth

Only an idiot uses a high vis active radar on a stealthy setup.

I use Herbal Vision on my Juju Sniper. It works fine.

The total cost of this setup is not 500m if your prices are used. It would turn out to be over 1b. Nice math fail.

slaves not included it costs around 500m

Snowflake = 300m
Yallow = 100m
Cata = 300-400m
Excom = 1b
RoP = 300-400m
Snipers Fire = 160m (iirc)
3 Sniper Apt = 300m

Total Cost = 1.3b-2.1b

Skill layout? I have a similar setup to this, but I barely put out negligible damage with high DPH weapons like Cata and DBH.

5-7 stealth (enough to hit 0 vis w/o radar)
14 (ish) of the 1 that gives range
the rest put it into damage% recoil&
