Getting a reward is usually determined by the person who answers your support ticket.

This is a very un-accountable system.. as I reported a bug that fit all the descriptions for reward by jeff... but MrDNA said it wasnt a big deal.

if you rapidly press F on colo gate.. your client crashes. not the most epic bug ever... but yea? and he said they knew about this before... but I was the first to report it? HuH?

I mentioned it to Jeff about a year ago and found out someone on what is now EF reported it a few months before.

It's a bug that the Admins cbf'd to fix.

You really expected a reward for that?

The reward is for reporting the bug, not for finding it.

you take me too literally

I meant that, as in this case where Jeff heard it from PA who heard it from Llessur, it might be possible that a member of TFC informed him of it, and is the actual source of the report, filed via grapevine to the admins, rather than by support ticket.

Mind, it's a non-issue here, but you see my point, I hope?

Llessur, I'm sure, would be kind enough to pass it on, if that is the case, but not all team leaders are so benevolent.

Wow you have a long memory and yes I did pass the reward on :)

not to pull hairs.... but a imperial seal is nice and all.... but why not specify by what the person wants to an extent.

i personaly find a imperial seal.... well a waste of use at my level...

"" and id be more motivated to help with bugs if the reward was as customizable as my response to a ticket "" ifu get what i mean..

its a nice reward.... but not for everyone..

Not a bad idea but really that'll just cause more problems, I mean one person asks for a mod to their 3-shot, the next person asks for a Modded Pos Wav. Where do you draw the line? No, better just to keep it nice and simple and give out imp seals.
