I can't use my Iron Curtain since it says elec needed is negative. I have to wait 3 days for it to charge. Admin please fix this

when you dont have the elec to charge a super it goes negative. usually my tsunami device goes negative during hard fighting where i cannot outregen my rof. not sure why it does this but waiting 2 hours to use another tsunami is very very problematic.

It seems the problem is that every elec drain takes precedence over SSS. Similar problem: if I spam the tractor on my SS my sing brake never fully charges. I would prefer to have my tractor use limited by the sing brake charging.
