* Halved the value of built in mods for cloaks, energies, engines, radars, and shields, increasing the others stats slightly for those items with built in mods
* Torpedoes now collide with hostile enemies while in arming mode
* Zeus Throne tweaks
* Paxian Battle Frigate tweaks
* Tell the player how many GG he has left when his ship goes into stasis
* Reduced the size of Ares Aegis drone
* Increased the timer that prevents bases from being transferred if under attack from 10 seconds to 5 minutes
* Adjusted transference resistance on Armada Ambrosia Drones to bring them in line with the rest of the drone healers.
* Keyed instance holes now require 1 key to open the instance for a single squad, and the window has been extended indefinitely for that squad (as long as the instance is kept open)
* Additional squads can no longer entered a keyed instance after it has been opened by one squad
* Gave panther kittens a pulse and increased their survivability, as well as reduced the amount of zacs needed to make one by 1 (seeing how we added lockouts on UZ minibosses to curb camping).
* Increased Zaphragi Cheetah missile speed by 15
* Increased the mission cost for Engineer Chain Transfer and reduced the number of reward drones to 2, seeing how they are now scoopable
* Some changes to PSS, Veneration cylinder, and their blueprints.
* Absentis mission now give Absentis blueprint.
* Lowered resists a little on Absentis
* Changes to sniper re-router and generator.
* Absent cloak brought into line with the balance sheet.
* Several small tweaks to Mausoleum.
* The forced thrust aura on highway drones now ignore players.
* Removed level cap for the entry mining mission in Arena Lobby, which is required for several other not-level-capped missions
* Lowered respawntime on debris in first galaxy of the serengeti (2 minutes -> 1 minute)
* Some items changed to use energy charging rather than cool-downs.
* Fixed the /me command.
* Rate of Fire normalization code to give the correct overall RoF over time.
* If a capture fails, players will now get an error explaining why.
* Made aptitude augs only require level 5 in the skill.
* Increased Emperor's range
* Gave the Lion Boss an anti-crit item and a knockback inhibitor
* Added Everlasting drones stat to Art of Engineering
* Added transference power and efficiency bonuses to drone ops augs, hopefully encouraging engineers to take advantage of their transference bonuses.
* Added /outfithull command to get any new built-in's that were added to the game since you got your ship
* Added a bunch of built-in secondary devices to various ships

* Missiles will now always thrust
* Made scooping with nothing selected smarter about ignoring drones taht you can't scoop
* Gave Delquad a superitem that gives a 7 second blocker effect with increased weight (doesn't work currently) and visibility, with a 90 second cooldown. Should be pretty useful, as the ship's base resists are low.
* Added everlasting ops drone line to lyceum.xml
* Added a mobile chain transference drone mission to lyceum.xml
* Lowered manhours on Wattage BP
* Some minor tweaking to AoG, AoFK and AoS to make them more useful.
* Armada Charge Drones fixed
* Added built in super items to many low-medium level ships and a few high level ships
* Added /outfithull command that will check your ship and spawn any new built-ins that were added since you gained that ship.

Some things did not make it into this patch, but will be comming shortly:
* Cycplopse's shield bank reduced by 1/3
* Decreased Poseidon's Vortex heat resists, increased Poseidon's Vortex transference resists
* Increased Poseidon's Vortex healing capabilities
* Reduced time for Kraken to spawn (120 seconds to 36 seconds)
* Reduced shield bank on Io, Europa, Ganymed and Callisto by about 1/3
