Post Server/Client patch January 20
* Server switched to Ubuntu OS for better performance
* Some new map layer info into the client for next universe. The map layer names will be slightly messed up for the rest of this universe.
* Limit team login message to 4000 characters
* Made it so that AI ships can always see the ship that just shot at them while that ship is at all illuminated by its weapon fire
* Changed grinch mobility reducer from -100% speed to -99% speed to avoid bugs
* Minor change to Prawn BP
* Removed the Sniper only tag on Absconditus BP
* Wattage drops fixed
* Slight improvements to Wattage ship
* Added a couple new t21 energies and shields
* Some new tractors
* Added a new galaxy tag so some galaxies will allow building by f2p's
* Only owners of the base can cancel very expensive constructions. canceled constructions now give back half of the initial materials used to start the construction, rounded down.
* Fixed the aggro issue with protected galaxies and parasites.

For the new universe in a few days:
* Increased the size of Perilous space by 50%
* Adding a new layer that allows for f2p's to build called Celestial Garden
* Reduced the number of bonus AI bases added in protected galaxies
* Changed the minimum level requirements for low level bases
* Rearranged all the warps that connect different layers to go through a central "spoke" protected by EF with extra juxtas out to each layer which should greatly decrease travel time.
* Added skills to AI's in wild and perilous space, reduced the number of roamers on named teams to get rid of the giant swarms
* Many existing areas becoming instanced

Also to be patched in tomorrow:

External Ablative Armor will have a max workers and a manhours cost so that it will take 6 hours to build each one, and a new tag on the blueprint called "single-batch" which basically means that you can't have more than one batch going at once, and while you can still build multiple at once, the max manhours doesn't increase, so if you build 4 at a time, it will take 24 hours to finish that batch of 4.
