* Smooth shields and smooth energy. Instead of things that generate shields and energy giving a chunk every second or so and things that draw energy take away a chunk every second or so and constantly sending updates to the client, calculate a total energy per second and shields per second and send that to the client as well as use it for the server. Shields and energy will smoothly go up or down on both client and server. Type "/charging" to see your current eps and sps.
* Reworking of Sniper skills. (See Dev notes thread)
* Added +1% damage per level using ethereal weapons for Seer's
* Added many new weapons and new missions for Seer's. Added 2 new Seer only ships. Added new Seer only cloak
* Made the skill reset cost money again
* More modifications to cloaking and visibility
* Rebalanced cloak stats. Added "visibility cloaking" to cloaks which is now distinct from the regular cloaking stat that affects radar only
* Added half thrust vis to your ship while braking
* Cloaks now doubly block out sunlight
* Show one decimal point for the main cloaking stat
* Minor changes to Condor Wings
* Changes to Pulsius Sharpshooter BP
* Minor change to droprate of pulsius sharpshooter bp
* Minor change to the Drop AI
* Gave the Flyswatter Egg 1/4 the shields
* Changes to Frozen Drop
* Changes to the Nexus to clean things up and make some enemies more level appropriate
* Added new optional tag for spawners which prevent the AI from docking at bases. Added the tag to the nano volcoms in preload (for next uni)
* Made it so players who are less than lvl 20 respawn in The Nexus on new uni rather than less than level 6
* Fixed capital ship traveling field 4 wasn't equipping slave traveling field
* Cannot tractor debris that is not yours anymore (wasn't working correctly before)
* Found & fixed a bug in the fighter loading xml that was sometimes causing people to lose items
* New sniper weapons: Repulsor, Veneration Cylinder
* Fixed a mission that wasn't givving a SBA fighter BP as it was supposed to
* Changed the DPE on Midas Touch
* Server optimizations with distance checks
* Fixed a bug where AI sometimes couldn't see their own home base or termite nest
* Added a /tradetimer command
* Removed crown ship from the palace when the declaration is lost.
* Fixed some threading issues
* Fixed a bug with the turret angles when multifiring missile shotguns.
* Added a couple moon names
