Server Patch
* Passive Radars can now be used which will creae a burst of higher detection and also a burst of higher visibility for your ship so you can see better but also be seen more easily.
* Tracking bullets will no no longer track if the ship that fired them leaves the galaxy or loses detection of the target. The bullets will resume tracking if the ship comes back or the target becomes visible again.
* Probably fixed two crash bugs.
* Tractor beaming squad mates no longer causes hostiliy and won't cause slaves set to "attack my target" to attack the squad mate
* Fixed a pvp level exploit regarding slaves
* Changed scooping so that if the thing you're targetting is not a scoopable type then scooping acts like you don't have anything targetted.
