We'll see if we can't get this done for the Easter patch. I've committed a version that removes the massive spam issue ~ I'll get test rebuilt + a spawn made. |

What was wrong with Hermes in the first place anyway? On another note: I do think the devs and admins do try to really outdo themselves sometimes when it comes to ubers. |

His DPS is insane, much higher then in C1. |

We experimented with him on test today and as I understand it, a few issues have been identified. |

I spent a few hours on re-writes, fixing some odd issues & generally balancing him - after the test group on test, I went through 7+ cycles of fights tweaking things & identifying errors. He's fixed (crossed fingers) as of this patch, and resembles the old style of the fight. Note: I'll be immensely annoyed if despite DPS tests etc it's too easy & no-one tells me. I had to crunch to get Hermes into this patch cycle, so please inform me if it's not a challenge at all. Bear in mind: a T20 1.5 group should be able to do it, just; a group of pure T21 endgame ships should find it slightly easier. Looking at you snipers who could solo it, allegedly. |
