Suggestion. The account that holds the director or a councilor, as long as the character is on team, can do whatever the rank is allowed to do. |

Actually if Director/Councellor functions could be linked to an account rather than a character it would be much more convenient. |

Not going to happen so long as characters are independent of each other and can be on different teams. |
