I repeat, if your team is lead by a toddler you should not be on that team to be perfectly honest. You find out the leader is a douche .. you leave the team, simple.

There are a lot of teams with leaders such as goatt, DHM, erman, trevor, maer, beelze, Mandy, TG, *wex* etc who AREN'T kiddies and quite a few are moderators anyways. I don't think they'd be handing out these mutes to everyone therefore I think it's a good idea.

Yes, it is the leader's choice as to how to manage his/her team. He mutes for fun, he loses his team. He uses the stick when needed, he tames the trolls of the team chat.

I still want more ranks in the team .. a treasurer would be cool ;)

Foreign Affairs Diplomats (he/she to speak with on regards to alliances, issues etc)

Production Master (he/she with the main team proddy base)

Although has problems since people are councillors with the proddy

My suggestion sucks and needs more work :/

Just read my posts, I've no problem with controlling them, its just that one might decide to go trolling once, which would mess up the team chat when u have 25 people online. It's plain stupid to boot for trolling once out of boredom... It might happen the person had a bad day or such...
I'd like to go with "tame the beast" not "blow the beast's brains out".. Hope that makes it clear? =/

Try and think, if there are many people online, there is a space problem.
If a dude trolls and doesn't listen to stop Id rather not boot him or threaten him with one, its stupid to me.
Rather than booting him or threatening with a boot, it is wiser to mute him. You talk as if you come from a team that is as disciplined as China, I have to say that SBP isn't too disciplined from what i heard and from what i .. experienced.
So shoo, you don't know much about discipline.
As with the coding, it really shouldn't take much time. Would be a smart decission to insert something like this. Would discipline peeps.
Not crucial, but helpful ...

He can't keep his members from pvping. they just won't listen, happened to me a few thousand times on another acc. Either that or trevor really doesn't care if his members pvp without a 'warrant'
