Due to a recent bug I have come to suggest this.

Scoop = energy = shields in terms of equipping it.

YOU cannot UNEQIP a scoop in mid battle just like you cannot uneqip an energy or shield. It would fix accidental scoop dropping, bug scoop dropping (FUCK MY LIFE) and other things regarding scoop dropping.

My suggestion was that only unequipped items can be tossed, but to get rid of the confirmation screen when tossing them.

I was lead to believe in C2 we'd be able to 'mark' items that cannot be transferred/tossed out of our ship without a confirmation screen.
