I don't understand why anyone would be opposed to this. I'm specifically holding off on lore skills on my main in the hope that they'll be enhanced with endgame gear someday.

Lore Skills should be reset-able. But not for 500m.

5b is a better thing. But, even 5b is small. The point of the skill is to use the usually very expensive gear.

Gola Vaz Atomic Pack is a 11.4b extract fuelless shm energy. Big price tag, and normally those that want one extract a few to judge the mods.

I think the only serious attempt to extract them for the first time in years was done two universes ago.

I personally dont want lores to be reset, I like the fact its 1 thing in the game that you choose that cant be undone. Although unless something has been done since I last did the mission, make it a little more obvious you cant change your mind once its done?

I think it's fine for it to be "mostly" permanent, but say, bule. Bule is normally sniper based. It "can" be used for seer and SD, but it's mainly for sniper.

Then, say, Jeff_L nerfs all three classes to hell because he got killed by a seer, a sniper, and a stealthy SD.

Thats going to suck, right? Spent the money on this "uber" Bule Abadi gear, and the admins nerf any ability to use it. And then they keep it nerfed for years, like how sniper had it.

Each Skill should be exclusive and unique, while still keeping a general feel to the race in order to respond to more than one or two classes.

But they should still be resetable. The point is the annoying mission chain you'd have to do for the new skill you choose. This isn't much of a problem for veterans, but it certainly discourages newer players from changing if they knew the other three are just as annoying(and expensive).

A reset for lore skills is 100% needed. Sometimes players get a level before even realizing what is going on. Sometimes new gear is added (hopefully) And sometimes stuff gets nerfed/beefed or classes changed.

All of these things can be adapted to by changing classes but for some reason our lore remains permanent? Just makes no sense and is harmful to the game.

Can people jus shut up about the god damn nerfing, every time people yell nerf something bad always happens.

There is no imminent sniper nerf or any class nerf, some of us actually put a lot of thought into our setups, just get over the fact that your 50b setup isn't competing with a 200-300b setup,
